Recently bought a musical instrument from this store. Item was despatched quickly but once delivered, it was found to be not working and needed electrical repairs. Spoke to Jason and explained the problem and costs accosted with it. I was given a partial refund to cover my costs rather than send the goods back :- Excellent customer service and attitude. I will definitely deal with this store again.
Love this place, they sell quality used goods for a very good price. Have bought and sold here and the staff have always been fantastic with me. They do a pay monthly scheme too but you make the payments in advance and then collect your goods after final payment. If you don't want to sell your goods and lose them for good, You can choose to sell your goods and buy them back in a few weeks for a small fee.
Always try and pop into this store and have made several purchases over the years. I have received very polite and friendly service from the staff. Congratulations to Kim who had her hair cut off to raise money for Children Cancer charity, well done girl.

I saw a listing on eBay for 2 hp black ink cartrages at your shop for £ 14-99 or best offer I went to your shop to be told that they were £7 each total £15 and no best offer which I feel was out of order as you did not have to pay the commission to eBay as I had collected them and you did not have the bother of posting them I don't think much of your service and will not use you again.
