Although i did not end up buying through Romans, i felt the local knowledge that Samuel Ford provided me thoroughly helped me with my search. At the start, I was a nervous first time buyer, he contacted me on a regular basis with regards to my search, advising me every step of the way. Samuel was a breath of fresh air compared to all the other agents which I met, and I feel as if he genuinely cared about my search. When I do go to sell my home, I know exactly who I will be using.

I have to take my hat off to two outstanding professionals at Romans Estate Agents, Gerrads Cross.
Thank you Sam Ford and Jamie Davies for helping me achieve the purchase of my £1.7m new home in Gerrards Cross.
I am left in no doubt, it was due to Jamie’s advice and intervention in the sale of my home in Hatch End and dealing with the selling agents that led to exchange and contracts on both my sale in Hatch End and purchase in Gerrards Cross.  Jamie went beyond the call of duty – what professional do.
