Linking this in with the Iver Branch who looked after my sale I wanted to say thanks to the Richings Park team for being so good with there assistance. After returning from work each evening and coming off the train I would always pop in to be greated by an enthusiastic team and a smile. At the start of December I let one of my properties out with Oakwood. The communication from start to finish has been top notch. I own a number of properties in the South and so have dealt with lots of Agents. Due to my experiences I felt compelled to write this review and express my satisfaction. I’m busy a lot of the time and it’s difficult to always get hold of me however they always would email or leave voice messages with updates if I was unavailable. I must also make it clear that the property was being marketed by a competitor for 3 weeks before I called Oakwood. Following the call they found me tenants within 7 days. A real pleasure to deal with these guys.

My experience in dealing with Oakwood Estates has been very positive, especially the service that I received from their agent Matthew Barker from the Iver/Richings Park branch, I have been really surprised and pleased by the level of contact that I had received from Matthew. I was called, emailed and even received text messages to update me on the position of renting my studio, from viewings to feedback from potential viewers.

Having dealt with other estate agents it was really uplifting to deal with Oakwood in particular Matthew Barker who was such a professional and proactive agent who always turned up professionally dressed helpful, efficient, polite and very patient. Nothing was too much for him to do and Matthew was really easy to speak to. 

I would like to thank Matthew Barker for his dedication and determination to rent my studio out,  Thank you for your maintained professionalism throughout the process and your commitment to succeeding, going above and beyond, always replying to calls and emails promptly. Highly recommended from a landlords perspective.  Thank you!

 I have already recommended Oakwood Estates to friends and family looking to move house or rent and I will continue to do so.
