We have been so impressed with the team in particular Kirsty with support from Kendal at the Iver branch. They have just sold our property and helped us to buy one. Friendly, kind and patient to the end. Our chain became very stressful because of our buyer and delays but they kept us informed and reassured. I know they went beyond the norm chasing solicitors and mortgage brokers to guarantee exchange. They were very honest with us and through past experiences with estate agents they were a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend them. Huge thanks.

Over the years I have had the displeasure of dealing with many estate agents and can honestly say have never in my 30 years of buying and selling houses ever come across any that I walked away from satisfied with the service! BUT, although it has taken 30 years I can truly say that all at HKL Iver are absolutely OUTSTANDING in all aspects they treat you with compassion, easy to talk to, always take your call (even when you are in meltdown), and are relentless in chasing the chain, they even got my solicitor to speak to them when she ignored my calls! They always have the personal touch. They even dropped everything one day and rushed round when a pesky surveyor was snooping everywhere to supervise him as I had to leave for work! So I am a little sad now that I have completed and will miss my new friends. Beverley, Kirsty, Kendal and not forgetting Leigh who introduced me to his family! I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and hard work thank you all so very much.

As a first time buyer I could not have been happier with the help and support received from Kendal and the team at Hilton King & Locke. Kendal has been excellent at keeping me updated and has been very helpful and supportive throughout a very lengthy and stressful purchase. I would definitely look to work with this company again and would certainly send people in their direction if they are looking for property in the area. Thanks!!

I can't thank Kendal and the team at Hilton King & Locke enough for all of their help with the sale of my property and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. With some previous experience of working as an Estate Agent I was pthat annoying guy that thought he knew everything, however I was filled with confidence after meeting Kendal when she valued my property that they were the right agent to use and I was not wrong, I was inundated with viewings as soon as the property went on the market and I had a buyer within a few weeks. I was involved in a very difficult chain that took a long time to become a complete chain, and there was problem after problem, however Kendal did a great job of keeping me and my buyer updated and chasing up the chain throughout the process, I believe without her constant chasing it may of fallen apart. Thank you again for all of your help.
