Stayed here for 2 hours that was enough!!! Bed was awful duvet was shocking if you could call it a duvet. Shower was air locked took ages to warm up mean while my partner was trying.to.relax on the awful bed and was bitten twice by some kind of bug. Amenities were shocking asked for.a hair dryer half hour later they came back and said we don't have one you can borrow another room to use one. Phone to reception didn't work the wire just went straight through the wall then the staff came and actually picked up the phone and tried it after we showed her (I COULDN'T GET MY HEAD ROUND THAT ONE) and said "oh no it don't work" "Sorry" and then left. We went to reception they offered us a bridle sweet but would not refund us our money. I would been more comfy staying at the tip PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY

I can't believe that this hotel is still in business, shocking hotel, terrible rooms, horrendous manager, it is terrible that they are still allowed to take people's money as this place is a dump, avoid at all costs. Bed broke, dirty covers, windows damaged, freezing room, damage to furniture, was bitten by something, asked for money back was told no! And told that I would not be answered if I tried to call again! Shocking customer service, what a nightmare, in future will always check reviews, have learnt from my mistakes!!! Please don't waste your money, there are plenty of hotels that are 100% better, and that are cheaper and local to Cannock. Avoid this awful hotel! :(

Cheerful pleasant staff made the day. Had an afternoon tea on a snowy day. Reception was warm and the lovely ladies were expecting us. Shown to our table right away. Nice way to spend an afternoon. Was a gift from my Nan for my Birthday xxx Will be back for a Sunday carvery

Only stayed one night for work, staff were great but the place is so out of date, mouldy bathroom, old creaking furniture etc, etc 10 minutes for the shower to warm up. What amazed me is the lack of response from the management at the hotel, just about every review says the same thing yet they continue in the same old way.take some action and stop all the criticism.

Went for Afternoon Tea was beautiful. Staff were more than helpful . Only problem I encountered was finding the hotel as signage is not veiwable from road
