Nice bar in hednesford, quite close to the railway station, consisted of several small rooms, ideal for relaxing after walking in the countryside near hednesford. I would highly recommend a visit if In the area.
The pitfalls of being located in a listed building means it has to retain its multi room format. That’s no excuse for the queuing system in place which makes it difficult to pick your cask ales!
I am absolutely appalled by the service I received at this Wetherspoons. I ordered food through the app and, within one minute, realized it was sent to the wrong location. I rushed to the bar to rectify this, only to be told I had to ring the other branch. Despite calling immediately, I was denied a refund, and the staff member manager but refused to give his name I spoke to was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value even basic customer care
5 star spoons .beautiful building great breakfast staff & service
Usually a good spoons. Food can be fast and drinks can be to standard. Staff on the phone and bar can be rude. Especially tonight when I called and said me and a group of friends were wondering if they were open 11pm for one drink and was told in a rude tone on the phone “ahah no thankyou” guessing they want to go home.. no way to speak to customers though. Was repulsed and will not be spending our money there due to the lack of customer service training. All so rude and dry. Shame because food can be nice and service can be quick. Really let this down for alot of us.
