Good place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed for 3 nights. On the last night they did struggle with the coach party who took up all the restaurant and sky bar had one member of staff who was getting tables ready. Then to be told no draft beer or glasses. The poor girl was left on her own. Management need to employ more staff at busy times.

Stayed here for one night, could not check in as computer system was down. Was given a voucher for a free drink. 45 minutes later was checked in. Room was bright, fresh and clean. Bed was comfy and had all I needed, including an ironing board. Breakfast was very good. I would stay again

Don't bother ordering food! All I asked for was a burger. 50 minutes later arrived with wet uncooked bacon! Then it took over 10 minutes for the manager to arrive for the refund, to make it worse she then questioned the bar maid why the meal was rejected and started having a go at her! I have walked out now and had to eat somewhere else. This place could be good but sorry to say the management has let it down. The room is ok not to usual holiday standard though it seems a bit run down. One last thing the 1 lift they have is terrible some of the button tallies are missing and again run down... Got to say though the staff (Not the manager I met) are very friendly and good hence 2 stars.

Good value for the money. Nice overnight stopover or base. Rooms are clean and tidy and kitted out well. Not cramped as you find in many cases when paying in the 50 bracket. It's just over 5 minutes off the m6 and ideally suited to break your travel.

Nice place to stay, lovely staff, nice rooms. The room service food is sub-par, they use cheddar on the pizzas without telling you. Also the toiletries are attached to the wall, so you can't take it.
