The staff are great, nothing to much. The food is amazing. But the best thing is the room. We stayed in the decadent room. Wow. Out of this world. Would recommend it to anyone

Excellent food and service. The attention to detail is second to none. Pricing is also very reasonable for a restaurant of this calibre. My wife and I love to go there for our more special occasions.

Found this by chance while trying to book the Rocpool in the centre of town, boy are we glad we found it! Awesome food, amazing service!

Stayed in a decadent room. Swish without being extravagant. Felt relaxed with friendly and attentive staff. The Chez Roux Restaurant served great seasonal hearty tasting food in decent sized portions. Just what you need to get thru the dark Scottish winter. Would recommend.

Very nice restaurant. Very well cooked food beautifully presented. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Prices are expensive particularly the wines.
