I am a very anxious person when it came to the dentist, but when I went for sedation to have 4 teeth out I couldn’t have been made more at ease. I met two gentlemen one a dentist and the other a dentist who gave me the sedation. They took me through what teeth were coming out and what would happen next regarding dentures etc. I want to thank everyone at Gibraltar House for making me feel less afraid!

Was great for 10 years but recently gone bad. Left them after they've left me in pain for 6 months! Practice Manager won't return calls, when I met her she made it obvious they don't care. You are just a number to them. High staff turn over and now stuck with the worst dentist I've come across.

Have just had a large back top tooth extracted at this practice and in all of my seventy years of always having massive dental problems, mainly due to my awkward teeth, I have finally found a practice that put me instantly at ease, I did not feel a thing, the aftercare was superb and even a phone call the next day to ask if everything was ok. I was,nt butchered, no stitches needed and hardly any bleeding, for the first time ever. Thank you to the lovely dentist, he put me so at ease and was so very caring about my comfort in the surgery, as we're all the staff.

Wife cracks her tooth which pushes into gum 'under the gum line'. Had to go straight there as phone busy and they are unfortunately skeleton crew. They explained to our dentist the urgency and pain and, although he was in need to leave early, had no problem treating my wife. Fantastic service and a very kind professional person. So glad we are at this practice. Excellent treatment. ( even though she will need to have the tooth removed at a later date).

Absolutely couldn't fault Gibraltar house, I went this morning to have a tooth out under sedation, was extremely nervous as I had a bad experience years ago, all the staff were amazing and put u at ease, was all over in 20mins and I don't remember a thing! Thank you so much, will be back for my next treatment soon
