Beautiful clothes, good service
The chubby white women was rude when asked about a certain item, she was not at all friendly or nice, the clothes are also cheep quality clothes with Debenhams prices, not a nice shop at all.
I bought my grandmother a jumper from here, as I approached the till the lovely girl pointed out that my coat was covered in hair from the jumper, she called the manager and pointed out that my coat was ruined... I was met with "what do you want then?" I said how about a voucher for my grandmother or sister? "you're not getting that!" she. said, you can have a strip of sellotape. There's customer service from select, Edgware.
Most of the clothes I selected were defected, I think they are removed items from the factory. Please make sure you check thoroughly before buy. Prices were not that cheap compare to damaged clothes.
Always great shopping. No refunds but can exchange.
Vigilant and attendant staff. The owneror Manager perhaps is mostly around , keeping an eye on the Customer's needs. It does get seasonal variety in good taste and certain discounts too. There is usually a rail or two with bargain prices. Plus sizes are few. Take a thorough look at the accessories and you might get something distinctively remarkable.
If you are looking for cheap clothing this may be for you. I would not purchase from here as I would describe the quality of clothing a market stall but it would be beneficial for those on a tight budget.
Came here with my girlfriend. Staff incredibly rude to customers and completely incapable of customer service. Had to wait over 10 minutes to get served. Store looks like a bomb has got it and a complete shambles.
Store has selective styles on clothing and prices affordable. Style to suit all ages.
They don’t refund, even exchange policy is for 2 weeks only ..will not recommend ...I just went to exchange with one size bigger but they didn’t..I left dress with them...shame
