Great taxi service, very professional and efficient. We called from Gatwick Airport at a crazy time in the middle of the night/morning. The call handler knew exactly what we needed and gave us great advice and was very helpful. The taxi driver didn't take long at all and also called me to confirm where we needed to be and an ETA before he got there. We were really happy with the service and will definitely use them again!
Taxi service from Gatwick Airport to hotel where out car was being parked for the duration of our holiday. We called after we left customs. The pick up was quick and the driver seemed nice. However on the drive to the hotel, if was drifting over into other lanes constantly and we were very concerned. It was 5am and we were his first client for the day. He was either drunk or falling asleep at the wheel. He couldn't sort out our change so I told him to keep it. He sat in the cab and we had to lift the heavy boot up to get the cases out ourselves. I had to jump to reach it to close it. 100% poorest service I've ever received.
Lovely driver, knew the area well, very polite & even helped with all our case. Dressed very smartly bearing in mind the heat, also ensured the cars air con was at a good temp for us. 5* we will definitely be using again & recommend to anyone landing into Gatwick Service: Limousines
I think we were overcharged £12.50 for a very short journey and when I tried to pay by credit card the driver kept saying that both my cards were declined although there was definitely nothing wrong them. We were therefore forced to pay in cash which I am sure is what the driver wanted all along. I would not recommend this driver although I can’t judge the whole company on the basis of one experience. For this reason to be fair I have given 3 stars rather than just the 1 star that I would award our particular driver.
The taxi that took me to my destination was polite, on time and at a price I would expect. The return drive was rude, he was eating fish and chips in his car. He did not know where he was going. Even though he had his sat nav on. He the charged £3 more because we had four bags of shopping. This is not the first time drivers have been increasing the cost. Very disappointing...
Picked up promptly by pleasant courteous driver after using free direct phone at hotel. Good value. Cheaper than Uber due to fixed price.
Early morning pick up from airport Hotel in Gatwick. Easy to book, received text confirmation straight away giving peace of mind. Text when taxi had been dispatched and when it had arrived. Was waiting for us as we got to the hotel lobby, assisted work bags and friendly and professional. Would use again.
Taxi arrived early and fortunately so as traffic chaos round Gatwick. Driver managed lane changes etc very easily and we kept up conversation to pass the time. A very pleasant journey despite frustrating road congestion.
Totally disappointed about this company. First time using they're services and never again in my life. Driver was talking by phone in a foreign language during my journey, really disturbing taking in consideration that I'm a passenger and also a customer so little bit of respect first of all. At the end driver was asking for my card details to pay. Surprisingly he ask for my 3 digits on the back of my card without even hand me the pda to insert it myself as is confidential. Waiting 10min for the payment to go through so i had to wait outside the vehicle for confirmation. Just ridiculous services. Definitely avoid thia company.
Turned up on time, excellent driver, arrived at the airport safe after a lovely drive. Nothing at all to fault. Definitely no 1 on my taxi list.Service: Limousines
