Easy to book at the airport, a price was given for the journey so you knew what to expect but the driver made it slightly cheaper. Nice new clean taxi, very good driver, safe, calm,  smooth good journey what's not to like. 5 stars from me.

Very easy smooth service. Walked straight up at 1.15am, got a taxi for £25 cheaper than a pre-booked, got home by 1.50am. The drive was comfy in a nice car with a personable driver so nothing to complain about. :

Great service, arrived late at night from a diverted flight, the driver was very polite and helpful. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Would strongly recommend and would use them again. I can’t remember the driver name but thank you again for good and safe journey from Gatwick to Bournemouth Airport. Well done 10 out of 10 Les Bryant Droxford

There is no way a ride from Gatwick South Terminal should to Heathrow Terminal 3 should cost £135.50, it’s 45 miles away. It was £65, only two years ago. Car and driver were great. Just a rip off price.

The driver was very kind, helpful, generous and friendly. His car was clean and comfortable. He also provided assistance with my suitcases and was quite professional.  However, the controller was extremely rude, arrogant, dismissive, patronising and disrespectful to him in my presence. Since using your service, this was the first time I had ever experienced such behaviour. Even when booking the driver for me, the controller almost did not acknowledge that I was standing in front of him because he hardly even glanced in my direction. The controller on the morning of 05/03/2024, needs Customer Service and Communication training.  Previously, you would have received 5/5 but for this I’ll give 3/5 because I know you will defend his behaviour.

Brilliant service. Price given in advance, time scale of journey given in advance. Driver found immediately and was most helpful with getting me exactly where I needed to be and carried my case some distance. Very pleasant driver. All good.

I took a taxi early this morning. My driver was well mannered and arrived slightly before the requested departure time. He drove well and the car was clean. I will use this service the next time I am in London.

The journey went smoothly, but lacked customer service. The driver displayed rudeness in his attitude towards us. Despite raising the issue of his poor customer service, he showed no concern, even though we had paid him.

Taxi driver was rude. I was putting my handle down on my suitcase and he shouted “hurry up I haven’t got time to waste” even passers buy stopped , he sped round the airport roads like he was on an episode of cops, he charged more than I was quoted at the booth and to top it off when we arrived at our hotel after taking payment he got out without a word THREW our suitcases , shut the boot , jumped back in like a get away driver and on leaving was blasting his horn at the bus driver in front at 1.30 in the morning. Absolutely will not be using again, would rather walk.

Khan was a great driver and we had a car within 2 minutes even though it was 2am. Well priced, friendly and efficient! And a super nice car
