Best gym in the area for men & woman.. Staff are outstanding and very good rates for personal training. No frills just results.. My husband & I are very happy we have found this place. The new owner James is an expert in body building, weight loss, nutrition & Physio & is an athlete himself. Hes team are all fully trained to high standard under he's watchful eye.. don't waste your time with fads like crossfit that cause injuries, These guys stick to training that is injury free!

Arguably the best gym I've ever been a member of. Convenient location, incredibly helpful staff and all the equipment one could need. Also very reasonable rates considering how exclusive it is.

Great gym, run by knowledgable people and a good atmosphere. Sports and deep tissue massage also available here.

I miss Riverside Gym so much! Really accessible, friendly and un-intimidating for women.  All the staff know what they are talking about - no silly fads and good advice on a workout that will suit you.  Myles the Gym Boss is a font of knowledge but you will have to listen to some terrible jokes (sorry).  The only reason I left is because I moved house and I haven't found a gym as good anywhere else!
