Top Muay Thai Gym, purpose built by the master himself. In my opinion one of the very best outside Thailand thanks to the dedicated coach and master Kru Lee. My fitness and confidence has improved - and so has my humility and respect, especially for all pro fighters, UK and Intercontinental Champions, quite a few coming out of Esher Muay Thai. I personally lost a lot of weight, gained, speed, stamina, muscle and skill, and so have my kids. Miles to go for us, but enjoying the journey as we improve with every session.
