ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING . PRE ORDERED FROM CLACTON AS DOING A JOB IN MANNINGTREE SO NOT ONLY HAVE I ORDERED 20 MINITUES IN ADVANCE BUT WALKED INTO THE SHOP AND HAD TO WAIT A FURTHER 40 MINITUES TO GET A LARGE HADDOCK AND LARGE CHIPS DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

45 mins for four battered sausages and chips. I could of drove to town for a quicker service. There were eight staff taking orders but only four cooking. It's case of we'll take your money so you don't walk out and go elsewhere it seemed! I was asked if I wanted salt and vinegar, there was none on any of them. The food it's self was alright to be fair. I used to tell everyone how good this place was but it's gone down hill over the years. The quality, quantity and service.

Ordered 25 minutes before collecting had to wait a further 40 minutes got home order was wrong 😡 other people in the shop unhappy with the wait too. Why take orders over the phone.
