Normally a good service and good food. Tonight the gent who hadn't taken my order before failed miserably. Didn't take it right, took ten minutes between each part of the conversation and left me wondering if they lost the ability to talk. Thank God the normal person can do a job properly, but we'll rethink the choice next time whilst there are other options

Time after time give them a chance and every single time order is almost hour and a half to turn up and everytime it's wrong or something missing, these people couldn't hit water if they fell out of a boat

To be honest, sometimes I cannot decide which is better....the food, or the great customer service! Their pizzas are amazing and such a good price! The owner is such a lovely chap and even gave me a free piece of chocolate cake with my order for my birthday. My family just love their delicious pizzas and when I want to give my kids a treat, they always ask for Dial-a-dinner pizza. This is the best place to have a takeaway in Manningtree by far. I love the owners as much as the food. Keep up the good work and thanks for all your effort.

I have ordered from this place numerous times now and I must say that it's my favourite place to eat a kebab or pizza. The quality of the food is incredible, the meat is so tender and tasty, whereas any other time I've had meat anywhere else it has always been quite dry. The pizzas are beyond delicious I prefer it to any Domino's or Pizza Hut because they're extremely succulent and consistently tasty. The service is great too unless if they get too busy - the wait can be longer than you would like but in the end it is all worth while!
