We were visiting the Imperial War Museum and decided to find a cafe for a bite to eat. We found this Restaurant a few minutes walk away. The interior is very pleasant and the staff were attentive and charming. I will definitely visit this Italian restaurant again when I am in London.
Family run business, they been there for years, very friendly, hard working Italians.Food is always fresh, generous portions, and their tiramisu is top one of the best I had in London. They also do breakfast in the morning and lovely Italian coffee.Must try
The breakfast menu was a ‘make your own’ from a list of items, for me that was great, I could choose exactly what I wanted, item by item. Food took longer than expected but it was great when it arrived, with apologies and a complimentary cup of tea. My grilled tomatoes on toast, lovely and buttery, were very tasty.
Near to our rental apartment, we ate here at least 3 times. Fresh food, well prepared, and served with attentiveness. Our favorites were the pasta dishes. Seems to be a busy place so reservations may be helpful for the most popular dinner hours. My grilled tomatoes on toast, lovely and buttery, were very tasty.
Drawn in by the specials board, £10 meal deal. I had the spaghetti bolognese. It was a huge serving and tasted great. Service was quick and friendly. Friendly service, I decided on the Fish and Chips and it was superb, my colleague decided to go for the omelette and again was not disappointed.
If you are in this side of the Thames I recommend stopping by. Very close the N. Lambeth tube and the amazing Imperial War Museum. Food is delicious, service superb and prices are excellent! Riverside 2 will be a regular stop every time we are in London. Give them a try! Recommend
