La Barca Ristorante

We had been to The Imperial War museum and were looking for lunch - with an 8 year old. While there was no children’s menu they were happy to serve a half portion of whatever he wanted. The pasta was fabulous, quick and friendly service. My son even got three lollies at the end so was very happy! You would t go wrong at La Barca

We were staying close to Waterloo and didn’t fancy travelling too far for dinner. We stumbled across La Barca, so booked a table. Honestly, the restaurant was just fabulous. The food and service was wonderful. We have been to many Italian restaurants over the years and this rates up there as one of the best.

Superb Italian restaurant. Quality food with big portion. Enjoyed my buffalo cheese and my linguine seafood. Of course they have Italian names. Reservation recommended and non appetite!

The entire experience was amazing. The food tasted incredible, 100% authentic Italian food, the service was perfect with very friendly staff, the atmosphere was romantic and beautiful. We had the best time and could not rate this place highly enough

Very lively and authentic atmosphere, with Italian waiters serving on white tablecloths. Generous portions and delicious creamy pastas. The clientele got a bit rowdy after 9.30pm on a Saturday while we were there, but that added to the local charm!
