The service Rivermead gave us yesterday was simply superb. They could not have been more kind and helpful, or indeed quick - I was amazed - thank you to everyone there, you have saved my Christmas! DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE IF YOU VALUE YOU CAR. Damaged my car using a metal screwdriver to remove the tow hitch panel on the bumper. Then in addition to this when the car was in their care to fix the damage they caused: A SCREW WAS PUSHED INTO THE TYRE. I have never been met with such terrible customers service and out right CRIMINAL practice. Of course they denied all knowledge of this and said it was nothing to do with them.

On the 2nd of Jan this year, heading back from Milton Keynes to my home in Cornwall, I had the misfortune to break down 3 times,the first two recovery's wasn't diagnosed properly and it wasn't till I got to Cargate Services on my third breakdown that it was finally diagnosed as a crankshaft sensor gone wrong by the mechanic that came out to me from Rivermead Recovery. As I laughingly like to call myself a recycled teenager,I didn't really fancy having a sleepover in my car at that time of night and the weather was coming in really,really bad by this time, so the chappie organized a breakdown truck to get me and my car safely back to Cornwall, unfortunately I can't remember the mechanics name but I think the driver's name is D.Noonan, hopefully they will remember me and my blue corsa.So I would really like it if you could possibly pass on my grateful thanks to these two men, who went out of their way to give me so much help that night,they are a credit to your company. Thank you very much
