This experience showed the difference between people who work because they enjoy their job versus people who just do their job for the money. I was really apauled by the way my husband was treated when we had walked 2 miles to town and our baby buggies wheel got a puncture. Instead of one of us going all the way home to get the car, we decided to go to bobs tyres. We arrived 5 mins before closing and were shooed away despite the circumstances. A simple puncture would not have tAken a huge amount of time and would have made a huge difference to our family outing. I will not be recommending their services or using them in future. A disgrace to customer service!!!
