We had a problem with the caravan electrics which stopped working completely on route home. When I called they said that if we pulled in they would see if they could help. Even though they had other cars booked in and are not caravan specialists, they managed to sort it for us, while we had lunch in Crewkerne and 2 hours later we were back on the road. They were extremely helpful.
Simply a fantastic garage. Needed a job doing asap, they got me in the next day when every other garage I called couldn't do it for a week! Great service from reception through the workshop. They actually call you when your car is ready too. They may not be the cheapest but they are reasonable and really look after the customer. I'll be going back in future, but hopefully not too often.
Really fantastic service. They were able to book me in with only a few days notice, kept me up to date the whole way through the process and made sure the work was done ahead of a need to drive to a meeting. 100% recommend.
One off the best teams I come across fitted my gearbox help me with contact with company who supplied gearbox nothing was too much of a problem fantastic job done. 10/out of 10
Well! I was there after working hours digging on an electrical fault which had occurred during the day. Met staff as they were leaving work, seemed friendly enough, place looked clean and tidy.
Took my van to a couple of places could not find why van was loosing water Took it to Broad oak motors midday on Wednesday. They phoned me same day to say leaky water pump . Fixed it and serviced van had it all done by following day .Bloody fantastic service very polite staff 10 out of 10

A garage that I have confidence in.
Beware this garage is under new ownership we have used this garage for years and had no complaints but went there the other day as we had a fault light come up on my dash as I was a bit concerned I went back to this garage to see if the could help to identify the problem a technician look at our car and used a lap to to find the fault it tool him precisely 5 minutes to identify the problem and told us it was still ok to drive we then told the charge was £30 for 5 minutes work so future customers beware.
