This is my second purchase at Bonsoir, the first one was a present from my husband to me and the last one is a present for my mum. I chose Bonsoir because of the quality of their products and beautiful designs, I just loved my pijama so I bought the same in silk for my mum but I have to say that the service provided has been also outstanding. The pijama I bought arrived very quickly but unfortunately I needed to change the size. I returned it with the delivery form I received and Nicole from the customer service helped me with a speedy return and new size delivery to make sure I had this on time for my mum’s birthday.

The very lovely and caring telephone staff at Bonsoir made my ordering two beautiful nightshirts for my very tall husband - one for Christmas and one for Valentine's Day - very easy - and the nightshirts are beautifully made!! The details and fabric are marvelous. The delivery and wrapping were splendid - and we will surely order more nightshirts for my husband in the future! My actual filling out of the order on internet was made very easy - the Bonsoir website is clear, direct and very simple to use. The giftwrap for which there was a small extra charge was so very elegant - and a handwritten copy of my wishes re-copied by Bonsoir staff were perfect !!!

I bought two pairs of the jersey pyjamas for a recent hospital stay/recovery and can't recommend Bonsoir enough - beautifully made and excellent quality. They cost a little more but are definitely worth it especially in the sale! Speedy delivery too.

The items over the years that I have bought have been excellent pyjamas for men and women are hard wearing and wash well. They are so good and comfortable that I would love to buy more but to be honest we do not need any yet. I shall always buy mine from you when we need some

I have always found Bonsoir nightwear stylish and hard wearing. I have three nightdresses and have just ordered another. Bonsoir as a company have always been reliable and prompt when sending their wears.

Ridiculous returns policy. I had PJs as a present and although your returns form states I can choose that you do not notify the buyer the refund still has to go to them. How silly, I had to hurt the givers feelings to return an unwanted item even though I had a receipt.

I purchased a silk lined wool dressing gown as a gift. The gown was well packaged and delivered extremely promptly.

Absolutely amazing quality - in my opinion best value, their handcrafted / luxury range is stunning and made in Somerset!

Beautiful design and the quality of the item is outstanding. Also very quick shipping. Will buy again.

Very expensive even on sale! The nightdress I ordered was much shorter that expected from the photos and did not fit well.
