Real value for money. Lunch is cheaper, but less dishes. Drinks aren't too over priced. Well cooked and great tasting food. Staff very helpful. I had been wondering (not very) aloud what teppanyaki was when randomly a few minutes later a waiter arrived with a sample plate of THE best tasting salmon and steak I had ever had the privilege of eating! Three trips later of salmon and king prawns, I had to admit defeat! Will be visiting again very soon :-D

Not sure why others have given this a high rating, but if you like bland food and rude management then I guess you'll love this place. For £17 you get overcooked pancake rolls, stale tasting prawn crackers, greasy noodles and dull tasteless mains. Finish this off with sour dry oranges and cola that's 95% water. You have to pay for this as you enter, so no chance of a refund, there are signs everywhere telling you not to be greedy, you are hassled when it's close to closing and no signs of being appreciated as a customer, quite the opposite. The waiters were ok but not outstanding. There are far better buffet restaurants in Norwich that offer a lot more for a lot less. I wouldn't recommend the Riverbank. .

The food is adequate but fair for the price you pay when you enter. The atmosphere is good however staff come across as not passionate about their jobs. Worth a go if you fancy Chinese

GLUTEN FREE OK! - I have never received such a conscientious, friendly and organised approach to dealing with a customer with different dietary needs. Once I advised that I was a Coeliac (Gluten & Wheat Free) they ensured that I went nowhere near the main eating area. I was introduced to the chef preparing the meats - they had a conversation and asked me what I would like to eat. I explained what I wanted and they cooked it there and then, totally separately and brought a very nice looking plate of food to my table. I went from being disappointed and thinking there were no options for me to being overwhelmed with their personal service. Very impressed and will visit again!

Great all you can eat Chinese place. Food is good (recommend the udon noodles) with a teppanyaki station and desert station. The service is usually prompt and the servers are polite. The plates are slightly small but that shouldn't be much of a problem
