Excellent store due to majority of staff & never had an issue until currently with a new young female member. She is very uneducated when it comes to fish of all areas, & customer service/ satisfaction does not come as a standard with her as upon one visit I politely explained that one fish was partly dying & that it needed to be moved into a separate tank & to be kept an eye on for her to tell me it’s fine it’s dying i will deal with it later, which I find quite disgusting, when I then replied with the fish needs adequate care she told me I do not work there & it’s not my job to tell her how to deal with fish! I have been a customer for over 13 years & never been spoken to so disgustingly. Highly find her customer service vile & if more staff like this are continued to be employed the shop/company will end up going down hill drastically & I mean fast!

Really amazing fish stockist, I could spend a long long time wandering around. Definitely worth the drive down there, and will be going again. They have some very specialist fish lime piranhas as well

As far as I could tell no disabled access other than that a large store Deming to be focused on pond fish and dry goods the fish room for tropical and marine had the standard selection of fish. Good selection of aquarium's right as you enter the Shop

Ripples are excellent for equipment and aquariums, plants and food. The prices are comparable to other aquatic centers. Their fish are always good guality, but the choice is not always great. Well trained and polite staff.

Great variety of aquarium Fauna and flora as well as some equipment. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable and all this without the ridiculous prices.
