Friendly and professional service. A wonderful atmosphere. Very different to the souless corporate style businesses that are moving into this market. Highly recommended.

Mike is a true professional and utterly wonderful. He takes his work very seriously - He is like a Navy electrical engineer, there is no job too complex. Very impressive bike knowledge. Always reliable and friendly. Goes the extra mile. Passionate about bikes. Best bike shop I've been to.
Mike and his team have been looking after whole family for nearly 5 years. Never let us down. We have the kids bikes, my missus' and my hybrid and electric trike - as well as a rich assortment of kit.

Mike did a great job fixing my gears in exceptionally quick time for an event this weekend. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

What a place!! Every time I come to this shop I am greeted by outstanding customer service that you can't beat. Prices are very cheap for all the amazing products they offer. Totally recommend it if you are looking for a bike shop in the south west! Thank you
