Stood at car audio getting confused for 30 minutes and nobody approached me. Asked to buy some car audio kit but I had a question about 1 item. When I asked staff, I was told I would have to wait at least an hour for my question to be answered. Just wanted to buy something! In the end I purchased what I needed on eBay, saved £70 and it worked perfectly!

I have just got home from Halfords and felt I had to write a review. I had a car seat that was purchased 20 months ago, one of the clips that hold it to the ISO fix bar had broken. I took it back with a bank statement (couldn't find my original receipt) expecting to be told it was too old, however I was met with 'not a problem, which one would you like to change it for'. Ian even nipped off to the offsite stock room to get the one we liked. Through out the whole thing could not have been handled better, and Dean even help to carry it across the carpark as I had the little ones with me. All in all, the best customer service I have had in a long time! Thank you Ian & Dean!
