Bought my first road bike from Tri UK today. All the guys are super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They will make sure you have the right bike for you within your budget. Couldn't praise the level of customer service more highly.
There had never been a worse experience than dealing with this company paid for Mavic Allroad Pro wheelset with a 10 day delivery didnt hear anything for 6 weeks . Even instigated a credit card claim No emails responded to voicemail full Then one day I got a delivery of a battered box . The wheelset was barely packed but I thought better keep as what chances of returning them and getting a refund. I highly recommend do not buy anything unless in person as they certainly couldnt care less about you
Really helpful! Needed a new wetsuit and the staff were more than happy to help with the fitting and finding the correct one for my event. Great customer service and really good deals too
We have had such excellent, patient service here. Staff were happy to give thoughtful, genuine advice including, on one occasion, advising me that a different retailer could match my needs better than they could. We were given plenty of time to try clothing on and advised by staff with obvious personal experience of differing brands. As a result, my husband and I now own cycle shorts that are absolute game-changers in comfort and quality. Excellent shop, friendly and experienced staff who give you as much time as you need with no pressure to buy. Thank you!
Incredibly pleased with my experience at TriUK Yeovil. Max and Christian were both incredibly helpful and friendly. I got solid advice choosing the best bike and gear for me, a complimentary bike-fit and first service, and advice on everything from local cycling routes to bike insurance. I left feeling really satisfied, and took my shiny new Propel pictured on a 30mile loop to one of my favourite spots, Ham Hill. I'd visited the shop a few times before, and they don't push you to make a sale at all. I'd highly recommend to anybody in the market, go in and see these guys. Their Kona coffee shop is also pretty delish.
Wrong item sent, refused refund or replacement. Whilst I have no issue with the salesperson in the store, the item I wished to purchase a Giro Source MTB helmet was not in stock in store, but was available online. I placed the order in store for home delivery, however when the package was delivered, the wrong item and invoice was inside. Since then I have had no response to any emails from any of Tri UK, Evans Cycles whose name is on the invoice or SportsDirect, who actually sent out the incorrect item. I resorted in driving at my expense to Yeovil to return the item that had been sent to me erroneously, however they were unable to either offer a refund or order a replacement and I was told that I would have to wait to receive and email from the main office. This has not been done. I will now be resorting to claiming a refund through my credit card, although this may take some time. In the meantime my son cannot ride his new mountain bike as he does not have his new helmet. Appalling customer service, avoid at all costs!
Really helpful staff. Got new trail running shoes at a massive discount £80 off! Will defo head there next time instead of buying elsewhere online
Such nice bike repair staff. Bought some new tyres and had a slash the next day that normally wouldn’t be covered and they gave me a new one on them. Really nice staff and very helpful, will be coming back! .. a lot
Very knowledgeable and friendly. They price match any genuine offer onl8ne and would have bought my bike from here but they were not willing to offer 0% interest on said bike whereas rutland cycles did. Lovely coffee shop, we always finish our ride here for a coffee and a cake, they allow you to bring your bike in and provide a bike stand or if youd rather not bring it in for whatever reason they have bike locks behind the counter they will lend you while your having a cuppa
Great stock, but wouldn't sell me a bike without it going through their workshop, which had a minimum of a week back-log regardless of how competent you are at bicycle maintenance. They lost a sale to me because of this.
