My husband and I are from Lyons, Colorado; a mountain biking haven. This shop was top notch. The owner was friendly, helpful, and kind-something we aren’t used to from shops in the US. He showed us where to go for a nice ride and offered more suggestions than we could fit into the time we had. If we ever get to return to the area, we will be back. Highly recommend!
What an excellent experience we’ve had choosing our bikes. Rob is so helpful and knowledgeable. We popped in while on holiday and have come back to collect them today. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob, well worth the travel. Also Norman was massively helpful! Thanks so much
Went in today, in search of some advice on local trails. Was greeted by Dan offering sweets, then invited to go on a stunning shop affiliated ride, and it was finished off with tea and biscuits. This is the most friendly and approachable bike shop I have ever been into. All the right parts are stock for you instant fixes, good selection of bikes from a broad spectrum and a well kitted out workshop. Highly recommend the outlet to anyone, this is how a bike shop should be run. Keep smiling and riding guys.
Dan the owner was awesome! great selection of bikes for hire. i would really recommend everyone really went out of their way for me. They even have group rides start at the shop. Loved rolling around the dorset countryside a nice change from Brooklyn. shop has everything you might need and a very knowledgable staff.
This shop is tucked in a beautiful estate shared by a fantastic cafe great coffee!. Dan was really helpful and charged my bike and Garmin whilst I had lunch next door. I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and professional service. I’d go out my way to use their service again in the future. Thank you.
