Me and my friend came across this nail shop by chance. We really liked the service and have already come back twice since. The staff are not afraid to do more time consuming nail art. Whenever I come with any design ideas such as mermaid nails, they will make recommendation and test things out to ensure I’m happy with the final outcome. The atmosphere is also really fun and always enjoyable : Requested style: Mermaid nails
The team were ever so friendly and professional! They made me feel welcomed as a first timer and the service was amazing! Mia did a great job. I had a reference picture for my nails and she nailed it! Really good experience overall :
The female employee was very nice. But four broke in less than two weeks after I completed my manicure . And the overall extensions are sticking upwards. I think the employee who did my nails needs to improve his skills and not use the customer as trial.
They did a good job but the woman doing my nails skipped the base coat and I had to remind her and then she put it. She had to keep asking the other technicians for the next step but I guess she is still training which is ok. However, the chrome is coming off and it hasn’t even been 24 hours since the manicure. I wish they capped the nail edge with the top coat to truly seal the manicure. But I would visit again.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The nail tech Tony clearly didn’t care about my manicure. He was very rushed, did my nails in 10 minutes for a service of 50mns, didn’t file them properly as some angles were broken or crooked, I had nails strengthener on my nails which I asked him twice to remove and he just painted on top. He applied such thick coats of the polish that it was impossible to dry although he basically kicked me out of the nail salon by just removing the drying machine from me and telling me to go. As you can see from the pictures they are completely ruined and I paid £22 for this, it doesn’t even deserve £5. Terrible manicure, terrible service, and disrespectful. Don’t recommend, there is better than this in the area.

Mia did my nails today and she was so patient and friendly. Highly recommend as it is definitely worth it and clean. Lovely staff, not expensive and can have a nice conversation x thank you, Mia!
Loved my experience here! They took their time and made sure I was happy. The salon is very pleasant and comfortable with free coffee, tea, sparkling water and even prosecco. I’ll be back :
This beauty and spa salon is amazing! The staff is absolutely lovely, always so kind, and professional. My nails are always stunning when I leave and last a long time! They always offer me a complimentary drink - and there truly is nothing better than getting your nails done while sipping on some champagne! Highly recommend, and it’s right by the City and Spitafield markets with great good, drinks, and shopping.
Guys I can’t even with this place. I come here all the time and not only r they cutest and kindliest people but they know what they are doing. This is literally my most favourite set I’ll deff be showing my friends back in nz this design. They r u need a nail place central London this is the one or even if ur on the out skirts it’s worth the trek!!!!!
