The manicures are good but the staff need training as they are so rude! Its not a cheap place and has a brilliant location so they are busy but the service is really bad.

I had my nails done by Deni she was very lovely and friendly, tried on many colours with me and my nails look great! This place is fun, nice atmosphere I booked in advance which I would recommend!

Oh dear, didn't have quick dry in stock... used some old diluted stuff. Took a couple of hours to dry and I had to come back to take it off as the nail polish was still ! sticky. Apology? No. Refund. You must be kidding! Never again.
