Great HydraFacial and very lovely therapist. Every step was well explained and it didn't feel rushed. Been coming here for years, but previously the booking service was difficult. They now have a proper process in place and it was smooth from start to end. Will definitely return!
GREAT! I've had a good experience with pro skin. Have been going to them for 6 sessions for laser hair removal and have seen around 70% reduction. The Hair becomes fine and patchy! I wish I could continue with pro skin but they're just too pricey now, which I can understand as it's in an expensive part of London! I got 6 sessions full body for £999 but now the price has gone up, A LOT! This means goodbye pro skin and hello another laser hair clinic! The only perk left is Caroline and I wish I could take her with me. She's the assistant manager but you guys need to make her the manager now. She's the only reason why anyone would come to pro skin! Great customer service skills from her, she made me feel comfortable and her work is thorough, so thank you Caroline! Oh and she gives you a good laugh as well, you don't want someone upright and someone who doesn't talk!!! I hope Pro Skin can get themselves together for some Christmas deals to keep loyal customers like myself coming..if not, goodbye!!!! Overall, pro skin are friendly & deliver what they promise but the increase in prices have led to me finding a new place.
How welcoming the staff are my treatments are being done at London Liverpool Street by Rachel. Rachel's professionalism and how she has made me feel relaxed and comfortable are outstanding. I will definitely be purchasing further treatments.
Great place that I have been going to a few years now for my skin, mostly facials and skin treatments. The staff there are very friendly and very helpful, willing to share their knowledge and give you advice on the best services for you - I don't feel like I'm being upsold for profit in some cases I was actually told I didn't need to buy the extra service!, but rather they guide me to make decisions right for me. Very valuable! Means I trust them to look after my skin
The transparency of the cosmetic professional. The products seemed to be best option. I would have only liked if more clients were open to allowing Destination skin to show their before and after results and testimonials so that new customers can have an idea or picture of what to look forward to if they were to have the same treatment.
Excellent. The staff members are very professional, efficient and kind. In particular, Stacey at Destination Skin, Liverpool Street is very kind, thorough, and aims to do an excellent job every single time. She follows great hygiene, good work ethic and gives it her 100% to the work she does. I will always go to Stacey at Destination Skin for my skin care needs.
Don’t even bother having a consultation. Went for a consultation here back in November after having some skin nightmares during the pandemic, and instead of recommending a couple of procedures that might help with my specific skin concern I got told that I basically needed every treatment they offered to the point where I ended up feeling more self conscious about my skin than before. With the highlight being told to look at a picture of myself from when I was 19 because that would be my optimum skin and they could recreate that. I decided to have a small amount of Botox which I was told I had to sign a consent form for in case I had an allergic reaction and had any cardiac issue with the procedure- except they couldn’t find that form so I was told they would send one out to me at a later point never happened. With my purchase of this treatment they were running an offer to get a free hydra facial- I booked this in but was not told of any pre-treatment precautions or measures I should take. When I turned up to the appointment I had to fill out a new customer form even though I pointed out I had already been they couldn’t find me and then I was told I couldn’t have the treatment because I was using retinol which I had only started using since the last appointment because they told me too. So the technician went to book me a new date but after several attempts couldn’t do so and told me she would ring the following day when her manager was in never happened and hasn’t to this date all the while calling me by the wrong name even though my file was directly in front of her face. Sent an official complaint to destination skin over three weeks ago- still haven’t heard anything. Truly terrible company on all levels
I have been a long term client for hair laser removal in one in their branched in London. I do not recommend! Staff is friendly but I always have a different person with me every two or so sessions, there’s a lack of consistency in what they recommend, which says a lot about their training, I saw no results after 10 sessions and over 1400 pounds! One of the girls said she will look into my case to see what could they do for me; today, my last appointment, the new girl that saw me knew nothing about this nor cared much, said she would look into what I am not seeing results but I know she will do the same than the other one, NOTHING. Save your money, choose another place, I’ve been scammed.
Terrible and crooked service. Although i was seeing no results after ongoing sessions, the practitioners kept advising me to carry on with my laser treatment which lead my situation on to becoming worse. Finally after 10 sessions they blamed my situation on a medication i was using, which they were aware i using from the start of treatment but yet never bothered to document it properly, and they saw that as an opportunity to save themselves from the hassle of compensating me for the mess they made. I seriously do not recommend this company, do not let the cheaper prices tempt you.
