Went to Body Essentials yesterday and am most impressed. Sarah did a very good job of highlighting and cutting my hair. The colour is exactly what I wanted - nicely textured blonde with no yellow tones. She listened carefully to what I wanted and then at the end checked each area asking if I was satisfied or where I would like to tweak anything. Excellent attention to detail and customer service. Would definitely recommend to friends
Louise did a great job with my cut and blow dry. She was attentive and very helpful when asked for her advice. I'm happy with my hair.
Lucia is a fantastic hairdresser. The venue is clean, tidy and easily accessible from the city. She's very professional offering plenty of additional tips on hair care. I can't wait for them to reopen again. If you're looking for a fantastic hair salon near Aldgate this is the salon for you.

Booked in for a facial at a 'special rate' but just received a call to explain that the 'special rate' is for new customers only, therefore I would have to pay full price as I had been there a few times over previous years - surely you should be rewarding the customers that do keep returning to you not turning away their business - this is called loyalty? I have booked elsewhere now for my lunchtime facial and actually got a better rate. Very disappointed by body essentials and sadly my few times over previous years will be my last.
After buying a full head of highlights through Treatwell, the premises were clean and the Jack did a fantastic job of welcoming me. Unfortunately the hairdresser Shannon did not have a refined technique in his colouring leaving my hair with silver stripes down my part, but a warmer blonde in from the front section of my hair. When booking the service I booked an art director which I have since found out that Shannon was not. Overall would not recommend.
