We specialise in Permanent hair removal and hair reduction with state of the art Lasers, Acne and Acne Scarring treatments, Skin Rejuvenation, Muscle Relaxing Injections and Dermal Fillers along with Dermal Rollers amongst many other treatments.

The clinic is our largest premises spreading over five floors of a traditional London town house located directly opposite RBS headquarters, two doors down from the highly acclaimed Bishopsgate Institute and just 2 minutes walk from Liverpool Street station. I paid for a set and find it very difficult to book appointments - I called up to see if there were any last minute appointments and a lovely girl picked up and then passed me on to the slightly sarcastic receptionist who i could hear giggling - I WISH I had never dropped so much money on this as I would way rather have paid for a salon which maybe is a bit more expensive but with a more polite approach - It is incredibly frustrating. I have never written a review on anything in my life and particularity not a bad one but I am pretty upset and seriously want my hard earned money back.
Avoid this clinic. I was a loyal customer and had recommended it to friends who also became regulars. Recently the company went into administration and changed ownership at which point the policy on pre-paid treatments completely changed. I had booked and pre-paid laser-removal sessions in October 2018. In the email I received which was the only warning informing me regarding the company going to administration it was stated that all the treatments purchased after August 2018 would be upheld. When I phoned to try to arrange a treatment, they said that pre-booked laser appointments expire after one year of purchase according to the policy of the new mother company, which was not stated in the email and there was apparently no way of me knowing it upfront and booking my treatments before the expiration date. I mentioned that they should have informed me about this either by email or a phone call and they replied that it was not their duty and they were not aware of the company going bankrupt. I asked for a refund or additional free sessions and was told that there was nothing they could do, and I should re-book and pay again for new treatments. Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior towards a once regular customer. I would absolutely recommend staying away from this clinic.
This is a little gem of a place on Thayer Street! I have always been very happy with treatments and staff are professional and always friendly. The special offers are great and communication via text and email keeps you up to date on the latest deals. I would definitely recommend trying them for all things beauty!
Such a terrible and dissapointing experience !! Im a doctor and i called and explained that today is my last day in London for this visit and im leaving tomorrow. I asked whether there is an available spot today...i aslo explained that my biggest concern is the under eye darkness..i spoke to the receptionest for about 15 minutes, she said they have different options to what i need and that i should come at 6:30 to have a 30 minutes meeting with the specialist and then have the facial treatment in the same day because I made it very clear that i need to get my treatment in the same day....i live far and i had to stay in the area for three hours as i was already near by, i arrived 15 minutes early and i had to wait for more than half an hour...after which someone talked to me and said we dont have any specific treatment for the under eye! But we do do oxygen therapy for face and then she came again and said sorry but obviously appointment overlaped and we dont have a free slot for you today!! I was very disappointed and went to speak to the receptionist, she said we r sorry about that! I tried to reach cutomer service to complain from their website, but they havent provide a number for cutomer service nor a contact us block on their website, only a number to contact the same clinics! They are very unprofessional ... i had several facial treatments in London before but i have never heard nor had to deal with such unprofessional people in London!! There sould atleast provide a customer service number whom we can complain to about such unacceptable events!
I have called you thrice no answer of course, left messages twice and submitted booking requests on your website atleast twice now and I have not received a single callback. I recently bought a 3-course dermaplaning treatment at Spitalfields, had one treatment so far and now I find that Spitalfields is closing down and they said you would honour the 2 remaining treatments, but I cannot get through to you. This is incredibly unprofessional and I would like a refund immediately. Atleast have the decency to acknowledge a customer's efforts to reach out to you. It's so unfortunate that you have made this experience horrible, because I had amazing dermaplaning treatments at Spitalfields and the Marylebone branch has just flipped it completely...
Worst customer service. They used to be great but went into administration and the new staff are unhelpful and rude. I had some sessions left over which had an unlimited expiry. After the company went into administration they told me my sessions had expired without any warning. I could not get a refund or do anything about it. And if I ask them to help they just blankly state that there's nothing they can do about it. Had they been more helpful I was considering buying more services from them. But now, definitely not!
The girls welcome you with a big smile and they are super friendly. Explain you all the treatments and recommend you the best one for you. I love going there to have my treatments done. I always leave very happy. I look and feel fantastic!! Thank you for your great work!!!! You are the best!
I love Skin Health Spa Marylebone. Their treatments really do work and they are true skin care specialists. I've had both the collagen pin and the microdermabrasion treatments. Both have been excellent and I've ended up buying a course of each as I've been so impressed. The staff are friendly and approachable too.
I wasn't warned that the company was going into administration and so now I've lost a lot of money with this company. The receptionist of the new company said that she would prepare an email and send it to me with all of my purchases but she didn't do this and I've called twice and emailed. This is very poor treatment and customer service. I thinking that all of should get together and file a lawsuit.
Unfortunately, I didn't get the names of the two therapists I had but, as they both only work weekends, I'm sure it's easy to narrow it down if you wish to book them. I had an excellent facial with a knowledgeable and experienced therapist and two massages with an equally knowledgable and experienced therapist. Very much looking forward to the further two sessions I'm booking today ...
