Official first time with a dealer when purchasing a car in the UK and the owner has a knack for what he does. Our day was upside down from scheduling and arriving half tired, half stressed and half anxious. On arrival, they dropped everything and got the ball rolling on our purchase/collection of a Kia Sportage. Without giving the experience 100% but not to take away anything from it either, I don’t think we would’ve found a better overall sale, handover and collection. Good on your team and we wish you well for the future.
An MOT and a free comedy show The staff in the office are hilarious, I was listening in on their banter and chuckling away the whole time. First time using RSC, just needed an MOT. Super simple booking process online - didn't have to phone, booked a slot where I could wait. Sat in reception, caught up on emails, was done and back on the road in just less than an hour. Spot on.
My experience has been really negative. I drove my car there and they didn´t find the origin of an estrange noise, so gave it back to me without showing interest but without asking for any payment after being working with the car... What´s my surprise that the car didn´t work properly anymore. They didn´t want to recognize their responsibility. I would not recommend anyone to bring their car here.
Have used RSC a few times over the last couple of months, each time the job has been completed according to the estimate they had given me. Before Xmas, they managed to get my car repaired at short notice, and were extremely helpful in making sure I could get use of my car just in time to fulfil all of my plans, which I'm very grateful for. A recommended and trustworthy business in my experience.
I hate going to garages. As a woman of a certain age, some can be rather condescending. The guys at RSC were brilliant. So much so that I'll never go anywhere else again. These chaps really know their stuff. The turnaround was quick. They don't charge the earth, they check with you before doing anything, and they really are genuinely nice people. I've already booked in for a full service and MOT, and for the first time, I'm not stressed about it. Can't recommend them enough x
Bought a vw polo from this garage around 4 years ago and it has been a fantastic first car. The staff at the garage were very patient with all my questions I was a bit nervous buying my first car and provided a long warranty. All round excellent service. Would highly recommend from my experience! Thanks
I have been using RSC for over 7 years now to service my cars. I have had no problems with the service and the hospitality. I Just did my MOT with them and as always, they went all the way to make sure all issues were resolved and kept me nformed at each stage of the process.
Simply the nicest people ever. I am severely disabled and they made sure everything was perfect. l can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. Thank you so much for your help Les.

My partner bought a kia sportage great serves lovely vehicle went out of their way to please us. also sorted all paperwork for us and even put little extras in the car for us and also popped some diesel in for us they also did a full service and a full MOT on the new vehicle and also pop new brakes and discs on the vehicle to as an extra. We are very happy customers with our purchase and I would highly recommend using these guys to buy your vehicles
