Purchased a 2014 IX20 here on 29th March. I honestly can't fault the service I received. The car was as described and had been freshly cleaned prior to my test drive. I was assisted all the way through the purchase which was greatly appreciated. The car had been AA inspected which gave me more confidence in my purchase. So far the car has been perfect and I'm loving driving it. I purchased a 6 month's extended warranty just in case but hope not to need it. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend these guys.
My wife and I are very happy with our purchase. Bravo Motor Cars were very flexible to attend our very specific needs. We were expecting to see one car but we ended up choosing a much better car that exceeded by far our expectations.
I was buying my first car in the UK and wasn't sure where to get started. I found the perfect car from BMC online and felt confident enough ordering it sight unseen given the AA certification. Conor was incredibly helpful and arranged to have the car delivered almost immediately. He went above and beyond and helped guide me through the entire process of registering and taxing the car. I can't recommend Bravo enough for their incredible customer support and willingness to follow-through and go the extra mile. Made my life loads easier!

From my first phone call I was impressed by the way I was treated. I made an appointment to view the car. When I arrived I was treated politely with a hand shake, after a quick chat I was invited to inspect the car. I was then invited to take the car out for a test drive, this was a no obligation drive. At no point did I feel I was under any sales pressure to buy the car, any question that I asked were answered. The whole experience was friendly based around a first name basis, I was made to feel comfortable from star to finish, even when discussing the price and part exchange. All in all a very nice experience, and the car is everything they said it was, and yes I did buy it. I would have no problem in recommending Bravo Motors to anybody, great cars ,and great service.
Quality service with friendly staff you can trust. They helped save me money on an Astra Gtc compared to similar cars on the market and sold me an amazing second hand car. Great company
Most people know that buying second hand cars is often a nightmare, I'm no different - It's a minefield of trust, effort, lack of knowledge and luck. I had narrowed my search for a 4 door saloon from about 20 cars to 3, and went on a 60 mile round trip, completely blind to look at an 11 year Volvo. Bravo Motorcars had given a good first impression by prompt, polite communication and were ready to meet me at a pre-agreed time. Not only was the car waiting at the front, it was absolutely spotless inside and out. They let me take it away for a test drive, on my own, for as long as I needed. I drove around for 45 minutes, trying out every possible feature everything worked and arrived back relaxed and ready to talk money. There was little in the way of wriggle room, but to be fair, the price was decent for the condition of the car. Proof of history and all other paperwork was handed to me for inspection. They even took my old car off me. The service was very good, the communication was very good and they paid back my deposit quickly. I would recommend Bravo to others. A+
Bought by cayenne turbo, Sam was honest and upfront.. I had Porsche pre purchase inspection which picked up some issues on car and Sam agreed to have these fixed at Porsche specialist. Would use again!
Purchased a car online whilst away from the UK. Had it delivered so on flying in had the car to drive. All very smooth all paperwork sorted. Happy with car …..all good.
