We purchased a Porsche Cayenne from Mondial cars earlier in the year. I can honestly say that we couldn’t have asked to be treated any better from start to finish. I’m a person who Is very fussy with my cars. It was nice actually to go to a garage to see a vehicle rather than having to book an appointment. Contact was made with Tony in the sales dept, who kindly arranged to send over a video of the outside and inside of the vehicle prior to attending the dealership. We attended the dealership to view the Porsche Cayenne and the vehicle had been prepared to a very high standard. We dealt with Tony who was great and there was no hard selling or Pressure to purchase. We agreed to purchase the vehicle and pick up the following week. The vehicle was great and the purchase was simple and straight forward. The vehicle came with a warranty and Mal the owner kindly allowed us to have some work carried out under the warranty with a local garage to us. As mentioned they are a great place to purchase a car from and would recommend to family and friends. We are over the moon with our Porsche. Thank You
Bought my prior car from these. I had been searching for a high-spec Audi S3 and they happened to have a three-year-old example in stock that fitted the bill. It was a bit further than I wanted to travel but the journey was well worth it! The car was immaculate and exactly what I wanted. The fact they then gave me a great deal on my PX was just icing on the cake. Would definitely deal with again.

They didn't have what I wanted in the end, but seemed like a car place to buy a car or get yours washed.
Mislead information, drove two hours to see a car which I had got sent a personal video in advance a few days before of the car. We went to see the car and it had a lot of scratches all around the car which was very frustrating as if this was shown in the video - we wouldn’t have drove two hours there and back. Another major mislead info was the fact that the car advertised 2 previous owners on both auto trader and website & I paid for a HPI check to find out it has 3 previous owners, so I would have been the 4th if I had went ahead and purchase. But overall, the staff in general seem nice and friendly but was annoyed at the misled info as wouldn’t have wasted my time driving to view the car.
We bought a Vauxhall Astra here today at great price. We received a fantastic service from Paul. Very friendly and no pressure sell. I highly recommend Mondial Cars. Thanks and will use again.
Just wanted to share that the service I received from Mondial was excellent. They were friendly, easy to negotiate with, weren't too pushy. I dealt with Tony and Mal and we ended up buying a Mini Cooper in excellent condition that had a few chips in the bonnet from motorway driving. I was keen to have these repaired so they offered to use their car repair service at trade price. They also offered to deliver the car to our door which we accepted. Once delivered, I looked at the in car console for a diagnostics check, it showed that the brake fluid needed sorting which was a little annoying however I called and they immediately offered to come and pick the car up from my workplace, fix the issue and return it before I left work. All in all the service was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. Lets see how the Mini holds up but so far I'm very happy with the purchase.
