Completely useless... been trying to access my acount online for months now. Keep getting told it'll be sorted but nothing changes. Very poor customer service experience, one star is too generous in my opinion. Update** - Over a month later and still no access to online account despite still being told it will be sorted but they are having IT issues. How hard can it be to sort out an online account? Utterly incompetent and it looks like the rest of the reviews agree with me.
Very helpful and able to provide information about a settlement figure quickly. Also answered any other questions I had efficiently. Initial menu is easy to navigate if you have all details to hand.
I ordered a car in July 2022 and was accepted by Nissan Finance. The car arrived end of February 2023. In March 2023 the car was registered. When I was ready to pick up the car Nissan Finance reneged on the deal and refused to honour their promise. They wasted nearly a year of my time. Shameful behaviour. They have no respect for customers. Mind you I bought a carr from another dealer now and got finance within 2 days. Shame on you
I tried to setup my account online, it took me 3 attempts to get this done. The first attempt I was sent a link which didn't work, the second attempt I was cut off when they went to check some details. I will say the person who helped the last time, was very helpful and managed to help me get logged in. It was a shame it took 3 calls to get a simple task completed.
They don't answer the phone - I've been "10th in the queue" for 20 minutes, and the web portal doesn't work It doesn't recognise my lease agreement info. They just take your money, and don't care about anything else. They also obviously had a security breach recently as their phone system is telling them it completely normal to have received a password reset email... At least very few companies are leasing car batteries any more.
Simon was most helpful when I called to get a settlement on our PCP agreement. He explained the process, sent a settlement figure straight away and explained that if any DD payment was made during the settlement period it would be refunded to my account. A very friendly conversation and a pleasure to deal with

The gentleman I spoke to today was more than helpful. New exactly what he was talking about and even had time for a little personal chat .couldn't have asked for more.
I recently signed up for PCP on a Nissan Micra at PMS in Haverfordwest. Selver Morris was very knowledgeable and welcoming. He explained everything about the car and the finance thoroughly. The transaction went smoothly and was very straightforward.
Great customer service. Ray was very helpful on the call and provided all relevant details. Many thanks.
