I bought my first Ford Puma here with finance at Hartwell Ford Watford and the team really did make an experience, shout out to Amir/Matthew/Alex. I ordered my car brand new in April 2022 and was able to get my hands on it in September the same year, it only took 4 1/2 months!!!! Even though they were busy, they still had the time and the patience to explain the process and went through the documents in detail. Again, thank you for everything!
I recently purchased a Ford Puma from this dealership. Service was excellent. I was dealing with Amir who was always in contact with me. Talked me through the all options available so I could make my choice properly. I am very happy with the car and the service received and would recommend this dealership.
Absolutely disgusting customer service once I had purchased my car. A week after having my car the gear box broke, I sent it back to be fixed which took 3 weeks. I was told I had a new gear box fitted. 2 weeks later the gear box stopped working again, so obviously did not get a new gear box fitted. I sent it back in it took a month for me to get it back. I was promised 1 years MOT on my car as it was 3 years old so I thought I had MOT until December 2022. So I was lied to. I have been driving an unsafe car. I had no MOT for 6 months until I released it had expired. I had the MOT done elsewhere. The MOT failed I have had to pay nearly £1000 for my car to pass an MOT. I have been trying to contact managers for a week. Spoke to Wayne and he’s offered me the price of the MOT but none of the parts. I have had the car for 7 months in my Possession. What happened to the two year warranty I was told came with the car? I have spent £3,500 paying for this car so far but now I’m expected to pay another £1000 for a mistake Ford have made? Please do not waste your time or money here it’s vile. Apparently every time I call to speak to Matthew or Wayne they are ‘busy’. I am now tied into contact with these absolute imbeciles. Not helpful at all, no respect for their customers. I will be taking this to head office and trading standards. this place needs to be closed down or staff at least trained properly in just common courtesy. My sister was literally about to buy a vehicle from hartwell and has now chosen not to.
Great at selling cars but shocking after sales care. Still waiting 7 weeks later for my car to be booked in to have parts fitted which are under warranty. I have rang left several messages and no one has called me back.
Worst customer service ever!!!! We took our Ford Puma twice to get a repair from a recall letter and we had these issues: - repair was never done. First time they had an issue with the system and this time they said they need to request a small piece that they didn't have. - they didn't provide replacement car, even that the letter says they have to. - they didn't call to tell us the work was not completed, so we spent over £50 on 4 taxis. Avoid if you can.
I had to visit ford Hartwell Watford last week, due to my car wasn't starting. I had to push it like I'm in a competition for the whole strongest man, then jump inside like im in a bobsleigh race and wiggle the key to get it start, which was a nightmare and I never had any major issues with the car almost 4 years. I bring it down ford on Saturday, one engineer name Jamie was working at the reception had a look at it for me . He said it was the end bit at the key barrel was the problem. They were busy but he said I should bring it Monday they order the parts and buy Wensday I get the car back. I'm so grateful for the Swift work from Jamie and the ford team, they even give the car a wash which I'm so appreciated. I would highly recommend anyone to ford Hartwell Watford, so happy to get my car back so I can go back to work. 5*
Absolute shambles of a ford dealership! Do not buy a car from these people. They will get the sale and you'll never hear from them again. God forbid there is anything wrong with the car when you drive it off the forecourt. Zero customer after care, cannot get hold of anyone on the phone or by email they will tell you they are busy from the operator and will call back but they wont...ever call you back! They cant work out simple mathematics they could not tell me how my interest was worked out on my credit agreement. Told me they did a health check on the car before they sold it to me and clearly didnt. Sold to me with a slow puncture in the tyre which I now have to get sorted and pay for myself on a new car purchase and apparently worn brake pads too!
As always this dealership has showed excellent customer Service and the works were carried on spot on.
Hartwell Watford are honest and have brilliant customer service. Any advice is open, honest and pressure-free and I have no hesitation recommending this garage for repair work. Even the resident cat is friendly!
I would highly recommend Hartwell Ford Watford they are brilliant. Walked in looking for a more fuel efficient car and was served by Amir who got us an amazing deal and was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond what is expected and I couldn't thank him enough. Also thanks to Alex for sorting out our finance too and to the both of you for staying late after the dealership was shut to give us our new car! Will be coming back to you guys when we want to upgrade :
