5 Stars for Staff but very less starts for Gym equipment Staff are extremely nice and helpful is the only plus in this gym. but gym equipment is not that great at all. Many treadmills completely shutdown and some are not working properly. Gym entry door don't work with barcode most of the times where as have to inform the staff and get it soured. Very limited mirrors in weights area so only 2 or 3 people can do weights. Importantly, there are some health and safety issues as the place is very small and congested around. Treadmill belts are slipping sometimes, rowing machine seat is slipping and cables on floor not tied up properly.Cost is high for the fasciitis they are providing and that too with 1 year contract. I found that £18 is really a high price as there is nothing in the gym when we compare with other gyms around. The only good thing is can be walkable form home and that’s why I am using it . I hope management will take it seriously and improve overall condition.
Being a newbie at the gym, the staff are super kind and helpful - they made me feel comfortable and confident using all the machines. The facilities are really clean, which is a must especially in summer. I would definitely recommend this gym
Gym is in dire need of a refurbishment. Had 2 different machines break under tension in the last few weeks and they also have no leg machines to speak of. Cancelled my membership until they get some new equipment. It's a shame as the gym is convenient for me and opens at 6am too.
The management and the gym are so bad! Some instructors are great which is the only great thing about this gym. They have been harassing me to pay my monthly fees even after I have given them their desired notice. The staff doesn’t help at all or gives misleading information. For the price that you pay at the gym, it’s not worth it. The equipment needs updating and they need a new variety of equipment. My advice is go to any other gym except this one and beware of the management.

I don’t usually do reviews but this gym is amazing! Staff are so friendly and are not intimidating at all, like at some of these other gyms, they really go the extra mile to help you and your needs. All good vibes flowing throughout the gym, no negatively at all, everybody always seems happy. The fitness classes are amazing, they do a range of classes that are fun, social and get you in shape! They have a wide range of equipment to use, and always have good music playing- I don’t even bother bringing my headphones anymore! I can’t say a bad word about this place.
