I Originally joined John's training to strengthen a lower back injury. Within a short space of time John helped me to build up a stronger core and the back issue was resolved. I enjoyed the training so much that I have continued to train with John for the last 2 years. Training is always varied & organised, the sessions are professional & always pre-planned.
