Great service from Sam the store manager. I had an issue with my hi fi components which are 24 years old! and he helped me troubleshoot until the cable problem was identified. He was very helpful, and friendly. Once again, great service from Richer.

Sean was a great help, provided excellent advice and really friendly. Great asset the to store. Very happy with my new speakers- he helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a my price range.

Recently bought Fyne Audio F303i speakers and a Yamaha AS201 amp from these guys - great service and I was on the phone for over an hour to Sam who was incredibly patient - back and to checking all my requirements and compatibility to ensure I had everything I needed. Bonus was the speaker price discounted with free VIP membership and an invoice which was sent with a link to pay using whichever preferred method. Oh and RAPID delivery! Thank you team

My last TV a Plasma which was purchased at the Manchester branch self destructed & was deemed unrepairable 10 years old purchase I started looking for a new TV and had certain requirements that were required for a new TV plus with a budget. I narrowed it down to 3 with the intentions of purchasing one TV. I looked at other outlets but was drawn back to Richer Sounds - Expertise, customer focused, excellent products, good prices and on most items - with a free 6 YEARS WARRANTY! I called the store and spoke with Matt. I explained what I'm looking for in a TV and we narrowed the options down to 2 but really 1. I decided to visit the store and spoke with Rob and provided a Rob a summary of my discussion with Matt. We had a brief chat on the TV's that I am considering to purchase and narrowed it down to the 1 that Matt kindly very highly recommended to meet my needs - movies / PS5 gaming. I placed the order paid and requested the TV to be delivered. Rob arranged this and informed me the delivery is FREE. I double checked on the warranty and had a final question for the TV I was purchased which Rob put my mind at  PEACE - no price on that! Now, from my experience. Richer Sounds have the best people working for them who are easy to talk to, just be open with them and they will guide you to your requirements. I only regret not asking for a further discount from Rob - Hahaha - you never know if you don't ask!

Excellent service today at Richersounds Deansgate store. I brought in some speakers with an intermittent fault which didn't replicate itself in store. Nonetheless, with myself probably being an awkward customer, the store agreed to take the speakers back and allowed me to supplement the value  already paid and purchase some more expensive speakers.  Home now and all set up, I'm very pleased with the purchase. The staff helped select the alternative, which sound fantastic!  Thank you very much

Recently bought a TV from Richer Sounds Manchester and dealt with Derek. Derek was really helpful, he first asked me what I'd be watching on TV and advised accordingly. I had looked at a more expensive TV and he was very honest and advised meagainst it and said I'd be much happier with the one he was recommending. To be honest I'm definitely not disappointed. Thank you Derek for all your help.

An absolute pleasure to shop at Richer Sounds Deansgate, top notch customer service. I had issues with ceiling speakers a week after purchase. When I called the shop, I was asked to bring the speakers in for testing. An issue was identified and I was offered new replacement ceiling speakers straightaway. Will definitely call in again

Superb service from both the aftersales and store staff having purchased a replacement TV. Faulty 2020 TV was unrepairable so replaced using a £refund under the terms of the 6 year guarantee.

Great people, very helpful. Did their best to replicate my home listening setup while testing new speakers. Highly recommend.

I've been coming to Richer Sounds in Manchester quite often over the last few months. Happy to report that the service you recieve is warm and welcome, detailed and suited to your needs.  Jordan took time to understand what I was looking for and took into account my budget. He cut me a great deal with just what I needed. Thanks Jordan!  Sam really delved into the technical side, explaining what's what with an integrated amp.  Most importantly to me, everyone at Richer Sounds was approachable and friendly. Hi-Fi is a deep rabbit hole and audiophiles can be a bit elitist sometimes - this can put newbies off giving it a go. Glad to say that's not the case here.
