As a family we have used Ian and his team on a number of occasions to sell our homes. Each time they have been excellent. Always keeping us up to date, providing the right professional advice when needed and making the process as simple and 'pain free' as house sales can go. The sale we have just completed was all of the above. I've used Richardsons for a few house moves now and wouldn't consider using anyone else.  They are super efficient and their communication is excellent.  It's been very reassuring to know if I have a query I can call the right person directly and speak to them.  Rebecca handled our recent house move and she was excellent - she definitely helped to make a really stressful house move more manageable.  Highly recommended!

We chose Richardson's to represent us after seeing many favourable reviews and recommendations from a number of our contacts. Throughout our sale they kept us updated and always responded very quickly to any questions we had.  We had little need to have contact with our solicitor, Rebecca because her secretary, Sue, was fantastic at keeping us informed and assisting with any queries. She made what is a stressful experience as easy as possible for us. If you are about to buy or sell a house, I cant recommend Richardson's highly enough.

We could not recommend Ian Richardson and his team more strongly. They helped us with the sale of one house and purchase of another, and were efficient and professional throughout. Even more importantly, they were always on hand with advice and answers to our questions, and kept things moving incredibly quickly.

Highly recommend Richardsons for any sale or purchase. We unfortunately had long delays on our sale and purchase due to the seller but Sue and Rebecca kept us updated along the way and had a plan to get things moving along for us. Without them we would not have completed before both our buyers and our mortgage offers ran out. There was a notable difference in the professionalism of Sue and Rebecca compared to the solicitor of our buyer and seller. Sue in particular was a pleasure to communicate with and promptly answered any queries and explained the different parts of the process. Richardsons really do make a stressful time a lot easier.

Richardson's were excellent in handling my house purchase, would use again and highly recommend. My purchase was particularly complicated being a new build and then ensured that everything was done correctly.

Richardsons recently used for our house move and provided an excellent service. Rebecca was great and kept us regularly updated, and must give Sue a special mention as she was so supportive and helpful, and calmed my anxiety about move ! Can’t recommend highly enough. 10/10 !!

My wife and I have completed the sale of our home for 47yrs. This has been quite a wrench and quite frustrating but Richardsons were magnificent throughout. They were very helpful, very patient and very understanding as they guided us every step of the way.
