Our most recent office opened in 2014, just on the historical Cornmarket in Pontefract and already we have been voted Agent of the year. We don’t just look after properties in the town centre, we travel to Castleford, Whitley, South Elmsall and Ackworth to name just a few. We have a sales and lettings department in our Pontefract office, together with our Mortgage advisors, all who are on hand to give advice whenever you need it.

We recently bought and sold a home through Richard Kendall. We were looked after through the process by both Liz and Catherine who have been amazing. The service has been brilliant with no stress. They have dealt with both our sale and purchase in a highly professional manner. The team are approachable and friendly. We would not hesitate to go through Richard Kendall again. From the start to finish Sarah has been vary helpful and tried hers best to push the deal to go through. She has been very informative about the process and the way sale would happen, I felt like Richard Kendell as agency was competent from the start to the end. I would recommend their services to my friends and family.
I cannot speak highly enough of Richard Kendall. Going back to when I originally contacted them to arrange a viewing of a property I was interested in viewing, right through to the completion. The people working in the office have gone above and beyond, providing me with regular and ad hoc updates whenever I have requested them. I must make a special mention to Liz, who has provided myself and partner with an exceptional service from start to finish, going between ourselves, the seller, our solicitor and the seller's solicitor to get to the bottom of any queries. Thanks again for all the help with the purchase of our new property.
Excellent service from start to finish. I had an issue with the house sale unrelated to Richard Kendall and Liz did a great job in chasing up on the issue and keeping me constantly updated on how things were progressing. I feel she went above and beyond what was required.
We only have a brief, but brilliant experience of Richard Kendall. Specifically, Liz Cooke, who was amazing in her dealing of a major problem with solicitors which occurred on the day of completion. She was highly competent, reassuring and supportive, going the extra mile and seeing the problem through until it was resolved - after closing hours. We were extremely grateful to her for her professionalism and understanding.

Purchased a property recently through Richard Kendall. I mostly interacted with Elizabeth throughout the process and I must say she was brilliant. She was really prompt with her responses and kept me updated at every stage. She was friendly and helpful and she replied my queries quickly even after the completion. Other staffs are lovely as well. Would highly recommend Elizabeth and the team.
