Even though I haven’t used Logic to find my next home, Andy has been the most kindest, thoughtful person helping a complete stranger. Having managed a rental which turned into the sale of a property, he tried to help when the estate agent advertising the property were not responding to my enquiry. He kept me informed over a holiday weekend. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does.
Logic really demonstrated the value of a good estate agent on a recent property transaction. Rachel was acting for the seller and really held the transaction together throughout - her communication was excellent and certainly outshone the conveyancers involved. Thank you.

Shocking. Cannot recommend this agency less. Our beautiful period home was trashed by the tenents. Despite annual checks it was never flagged up. After we took the property back and try to reclaim the bond towards the damage done, there was no response from the agency. Totally unprofessional. Avoid like the plague.
