I am currently dealing with an end of tenancy matter with Reeds and Rains. I wish to state a very impressive note on Georgina Cole, Property Manager at Pontefract for her excellent support for sorting out my matter. I had a very serious concern over this particular matter, pertaining to end of tenancy, however, Georgina  kindly appeared and she is negotiating this matter with the company, keeping me in very comfortable state. I feel, it’s a blessing for the company to have such a team member who is able to work upto the standard  in order to meet the customer’s best satisfaction.

Thanks to Georgina Cole for the smooth return of the deposit when my tenancy rental agreement reached its conclusion. A pleasure to have been looked after by Reeds Rains.

I moved out of a rented property in chesterfield in November and having been told by other staff at a different branch I would recieve my bond back. Having heard nothing else about it for month, then Georgina contacted me say I would recieve my bond in full! Brilliant work and a lovely woman. Thank you again
