Reviews

Rented a commercial property. Our tenancy ended but we're not told a date. Ended up loosing all our equipment as we had no right to enter. Had to get police involved. They never listen to any questions you ask, so you never get a correct answer. Terrible service.

I recently submitted an application for Aire walk mews. All my checks were completed and the conversation about holding the property was that I would find it difficult NOT impossible to get the bond together to hold the property until I could move in. This was due to changing jobs and going from weekly to monthly paid. I called your agency today who is adamant they left me a voicemail on Saturday but I have checked and there was no voicemail left at all, to find out my application has been denied because of a note that was put on my application. To not even be given a chance to get the bond money together is a joke. My application was accepted by the landlord. I have handed my notice in for my current tenancy agreement and this has left me in a very difficult situation with my 4yr old daughter as we was 100% on moving to the property on aire street mews. 

I am absolutely furious over this! I have rented homes through Hodsons and Martin and co and I have never experienced anything like this before in my life. 

This will now leave me and my daughter homeless on October 30th. 

I would like to personally thank you for wasting my time, I will certainly be writing a review and it will not be nice.

I've been using Number 1 Letting to manage my property for around 4 years. They provide a friendly and excellent service and keep me up to date with any issues. Just recently, Jodie and Stacey have been particularly helpful in re-letting my property but I have to say that everyone I've dealt with at Number 1 Letting has been excellent

I arranged a viewing, drove 9 miles and got there and wasn't able to see the property. And to top it off the man from agencie sayed he would get the agency to call back to see another viewing and never did..
