When selling my mothers house I asked a well known chain of estate agents as well as Enfields for a valuation. I met both estate agents on the same day and selected Enfields as Andrew Baxter was so passionate and enthusiastic about his business and what Enfields could offer and we felt the marketing package was superior. Within a week of the property being placed on the internet we had an offer and the whole sale was completed in less then 3 months from the initial valuation. Enfields arranged the Energy Performance Certificate, the solicitors, carried out all the viewings and kept me informed through the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone selling a property.

First impression is a clean and efficient open plan office with smart intelligent staff. The place is clean and the process of buying or renting is also done in a methodical way. Apart from the normal buying selling or renting service you would expect, they also supply a full portfolio of support services - a one stop shop of services to take the worry and ease this stressful process through to conclusion. The staff are well dressed, polite and approachable with a knowledgeable helping hand along the way.

I'd recommend Enfields to anyone looking to sell a house. We thought their suggested asking price was optimistic but we had an offer after the second viewing. Thereafter, Joanne worked tirelessly to deal with the issues that arose and did so with professionalism and a sense of humour. We can't thank her and the rest of the team enough.

I bought my first property with Enfields. The whole staff involved with my purchase were efficient and extremely helpful to me as a first time buyer! From placing my offer to getting the keys was 7 weeks. I can’t thank them enough for helping me finally get on to the property ladder!
