Came to see the Peter rabbit event which promised to be good fun. Unfortunately it under delivered. The only thing for them to do was make bunny ears! Or stand and wait for an hour for face paint. The face painter was VERY GOOD indeed and deserves credit. The only other thing for the kids to do was watch the Peter rabbit movie or play at the very top in the indoor play area. The outside play area was closed. It was nice weather outside so there was no need for the closure but I guess the outdoor play area would cost to be used as the top internal play area also cost. It's over all expensive and not really worth a visit unless you are of retirement age and filthy rich. Which I am neither!

Thank goodness for this place. Reminds me that I'm not living in a cultural void. There is an art gallery, you can buy artisan foods, outdoor gear, and Korres beauty products here, and the children's shop is fantastic. It's the perfect place to spend a day. Seem to doing a better job cleaning the hard to reach places in the soft play area. It's a relief to have a modern, architecturally thoughtful space with lots of interesting things to do.

A real amphitheatre feel, with a huge screen and a good view from all areas of the theatre! Seating is closer together than in most modern cinemas, with the seats also being narrower, but still comfortable for 2+ hours. To aid visibility the steps are pretty steep, so going to the toilet mid-performance might be a little tricky. The pre-theatre cocktails are freshly made, and use excellent quality ingredients! The food (pre-booking is best) is always of a high standard, and special events around big premieres are always well catered for and fun for all ages. Toilet facilities too are good, and are cleaned regularly. The building also has disabled access ramps to all of the areas that I have visited. Lastly, but certainly not least!... All the staff are excellent!... and I mean Always! They are all friendly and greet you warmly, no matter how busy they are. They will remember you if you visit a couple of times, and are always willing to engage with you. They are always polite, well trained, professional and efficient! Thank you and Well Done everyone! Would highly recommend!!

Plenty of parking and easy to find off the M6 junction 40. Equipped with cinema a number of shops and cafes and often has events dedicated to certain topics ie Peter Rabbit at this moment in time. Has an outdoor playground for kids and is a stone throw away from a petrol station which has a good shop

Didn't go to the cinema. Had lunch and took the 2year old to the soft play area. Nice lunch. The soft play area was quite quite. Our two year made a couple of friends. She enjoyed it a lot.
