After parting with over £2K for a quartz worktop, Paul and another member of his team installed my kitchen worktop with upstands and splashback in an utterly shoddy fashion. Wonky lines and terrible joinery. Initially, they failed to turn up for the scheduled appointment. Paul ignored phone calls and texts. An embarrassed member of his own team confessed that his colleagues had fitted the worktop poorly and did his best to try and rectify the mistakes. Thank you Paul and Karina for the headaches caused and having zero pride in your craft.

from initial quotation stage through to the installation , Granite Grand Designs where very professional . 
Office back up was very organised and thorough  with very quick turn around for quotations . 
Templating was extremely quick and accurate 
Installation was very quick and quality was very high .
