Had the misfortune of using them to replace a spring on the rear of my car. My car was raised to a high point on the lift with a member of staff sat in boot a HSE safety breach + image below. Immediately after the fitting the shock began to leak. I took it back in to complain and they admitted that they spotted it when it went back in. They are now requesting that I pay labour for the shock to be removed and replaced. I've complaint directly to Head Office and am waiting for a response.
I had a previously bad alignment fixed by the guys here and they went out of their way to explain the problem of the previous job and how they were going to fix it. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Most Importantly looked after my car and corrected the previous issues.
Friendly and affordable service they do so well in the local area normally very quick service but I was 7th in line so about 45min wait still worth it
I took my daughter's cat to Britannia tyres, Nuneaton for a replacement tyre and was very happy with the advice, speed, price and service received. Thanks!
I cannot recommend this business enough - swift repairs and a change of 4 wheels after an ugly tyre rupture on the M6, all done professionally and efficiently with just the right amount of good humour. And the coffee is good! Thank you for taking me in and making sure I got back on the road again in a jiffy.
Took over two hours to fit two front tyres and adjust the tracking. My car was standing outside and the keys were on the side for about the last half an hour after it was finished. They said they were short staffed so I guess I will have to take their word. Let's hope they have done a good job.
Other garages couldn't help finding a replacement exhaust for my juke. They took the time to search around and also went above and beyond when a poor quality part was delivered to them. Would definitely use them again
Had our battery replaced after the 8 year old battery started to fail. However the battery they put in also failed after only a few months. At first I was worried, and when I called them I first only asked for a price for a new battery as I didn't keep the receipt. When the guy asked where I got the new bad battery from I said 'you guys' but I didn't have the receipt to prove it. Dont worry he said! He looked up my reg, saw who had done it, and when, and with what battery, and had it replaced in less than an hour under the warrenty that they found for me.
Quick service, helpful advice. Pre-booked my tyres online and was ready to be fitted in less than 48 hours. Will use again. Thanks
Phoned in asking to get some welding done to my exhaust, I was told I can come over in the next 30 minutes. When I arrive, I'm told that the welder is actually off that day. Great job lads
