We've had such a great experience, great customer service in person, through email, over the phone... fantastic, can't fault it. We love our new car. What a friendly bunch, and usually in car show rooms you get pounced on and hounded by sales people, where as here it seems more relaxed and as it should be, if you need help as a customer you ask, if you like something then great and if you don't no amount of chit chat is going to change that. Thank you to those that we dealt with (Dean) & thanks for a lovely cuppa-coffee.

I was in the very capable hands of Donna Pearson, who did a great job selling my long-awaited Golf R. Donna was friendly and accommodating, and did her best to answer questions and respond to me as quickly as she could. I’d recommend Listers VW Nuneaton to anyone, as they are a great group and take pride in both their place of business and how they conduct that business with their customers. I got a personal message of gratitude from the Sales Manager (Craig) and plenty of follow up calls and emails to make sure everything has been going smoothly. I even got some valuable and greatly appreciated freebies for my new car, which made an already-good experience into an exceptional one.

Great service and l was not given the hard sell (which l hate). Jess was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Very pleased with new car. Would highly recommend.

The whole service was excellent from start to finish. The sales consultant, Dean, was straight forward, explained everything clearly and had my interests in mind. The new vehicle was ready slightly ahead of schedule and the trade-in price for my previous car was fair.
